     File location responses must include the "\" even if you are in the
     present directory or on the logged disk ...

          i.e.   "c\djland2\*.fnt" for fonts
          or     "c:\config.sys"   for files
                 "c:config.sys" or "a:*.fnt" are improper responses.

     The following information is not contained in the User's Manual

          v2.1 upgrade info:
               system prompts set into windows
               line being processed added
               document length and width added

     I am working on a "+" version that will allow for larger files and
     not require a blank line at the end of each page.  This version will
     also be able to properly handle pagination commands to the Deskjet
     Printer.


Upgrade - version 3.0

     Max file size has been increased - if errors do occur, try to reduce
     the number of lines per page or the number of characters per line.

     Improvements this edition
                  Larger files allowed
                  blank lines not needed between pages or at the document end
                  screen output corrected
                  control code handling corrected
                  full margin control added - left/right/top/bottom
                  pagination added


Upgrade - version 3.01 (Documentation remains at v3.0).

     Opening screen reflects change.  Changes are not significant enough to
     warrant changing the registered version of the documentation at this time.

     Added "Other" selection to symbol set and also added "Line Printer" to
     typeface.

     Added unidirectional print control for quality.  Smaller fonts and
     line/box draw had alignment problems that this change affects.


Upgrade version 4.0

     Major upgrade and documentation rework.  Added the ability to
     handle multiple pages of a text file on a single sheet of
     printed paper.  This is noted in the documentation as
     "columns per printed page".

     The proper way to name fonts is as follows:

Update dated 9/01/89:
       Corrected problems with 9.5 point/16.67 pitch font.  Font now
       accurately prints 16.67 characters per inch and 8 lines per inch.
       Also added command line processing - the file to be processed can
       be included in the command line.

       "DJLAND4 C:\DJLAND\GRAPH.TXT" will process graph.txt from the djland
       directory at startup.

Update dated 9/30/89:
       Corrected column problems when text attributes bold and italics are
       encountered on multiple pages.

Note:
Use the supplied file "Fontlist.txt" with Soft Font Landscapes! to
obtain a printed listing of the characters included in any font
used with Soft Font Landscapes.  This file will only print the
characters in a font, not any of the font characteristics - for
this you will need a font viewing program such as "Fontview"
provided by Moody & Associates ... See the documentation.

The registered version of Soft Font Landscapes! now includes fonts
in various typefaces, point size and pitch.  With these fonts the output
can be configured many different ways.

Update dated 03/25/90 version 4.2:
        Removed file size limitations and improved file input process.
